ROOF OVERHANG - An extended continuation of the roof which provides additional cover from the elements. Standard extension is 1m. See also: Overhang Fascia Flashing

PROTECTION CANOPY - An angled extension added to the front of a monoslope roof for extra protection from the elements. Standard extension is 1m. See also: Canopy Spouting & Fascia

OVERHANG FASCIA - This flashing can be added to Roof Overhangs for a more finished and refined appearance (Not suitable for Monoslope overhangs as spouting is required for this option).

CANOPY FASCIA & SPOUTING - Spouting and fascia flashing can be added to Monoslope Protection Canopies for a more refined appearance (Spouting is required for this fascia installation).

CLEARLITE PANELS - Allow natural light into your building. Saves power and can increase internal heat. See also: Roof Membrane, to help control condensation.

WHITECAP ROOF MEMBRANE - This moisture barrier can be added to the enclosed areas to minimise condensation. Netting may be required for support. See also Roof Netting & Building Paper in Walls.

ROOF OR SAFETY NETTING - Support roofing membranes by adding netting to the membrane areas. Or add safety netting for where safety precautions are required.

CONCRETE FLOOR/PAD - Add or extend your concrete floor area. Standard options are; thickness; 100mm, 120mm, 150mm, MPA; 20, 25, Mesh; 668, 665 and custom.

MEZZANINE FLOORS - Create that extra storage area, loft or potential games room with Aztech’s mezzanine floor options. Also consider flooring, staircase & safety rails.

RUBBER MATTING - Ask us about our rubber matting options for rural applications.

VERMIN FLASHING - Minimise vermin (Rats and Mice) access by adding the Vermin flashing which caps the ends of the wall iron at floor level. Available in Zinc or Colour.

BUILDING PAPER IN WALLS - Acts as a moisture barrier to enclosed walls to minimise condensation. Also available in roof, which may require netting for support. See also: Roof netting, Whitecap Roof Membrane.

COLOUR CLADDING - Choose from our wide colour range and upgrade from zinc. Ask our team for a colour brochure or to check if a custom colour can be sourced. See also: Premium Colour Cladding.

PREMIUM COLOUR CLADDING - Upgrade to a heavier grade of colour coating to ensure longevity in coastal or extreme environments. Ask our team for a colour brochure, or check if a custom colour can be sourced.

CORNER FLASHINGS - As a standard, our pole sheds feature attractive rounded corners with cladding wrapped tidily. Flashing can be added for those who prefer a more angular look.

MACHINED POLES - these poles have had edges smoothed by a machine plane to provide poles with a tidy and an even diameter. Great for internal fit out’s or stables.

BOARD & BATTEN EXTERNAL CLADDING - For a stunning finish, change the wall cladding to Board and Batten or Ply and Batten.

INTERNAL PLY LINING - Line the frames of your building with ply to create that finishing touch. Also suitable for animal shelters.

ROLLER DOORS - General allowance for opening size should be 600mm head room and 300mm for each side (varies with bigger doors). See also sliding or sectional doors.

SECTIONAL DOORS - Provide further entry to your build by adding Sectional doors.

SLIDING DOORS - Custom built to your requirements. Sliding doors cost more than Roller or Sectional doors but are fantastic for wider openings or where there is limited head-room available.

DOOR AUTOMATION - Domestic openers come with remotes, commercial openers require separate additional remote control unit.

PERSONNEL ACCESS DOOR - Pedestrian access doors available in Zinc or Colour cladding. See also Aluminium Personnel door.

ALUMINIUM ACCESS DOOR - An upgraded personnel door suited for commercial application and available on any build. See also Personnel access door.

ALUMINIUM JOINERY - Aluminium joinery (windows/doors) available in various colours and sizes, double glaze or single glaze.

ROOF VENTILATORS - Help the breathability and air-flow in your building by adding rotary roof ventilators to the roof.

RIDGE FLASHING - Check your Aztech proposal to determine what ridge flashing is included. Ali-edge or Flashguard provides that extra weather seal to your ridge flashing.

WATER TANKS - Collect the rain-water with our great plastic storage tank range.

PLUMB DOWNPIPES INTO DRAINAGE - Have your downpipes plumbed into your tank or other drainage system while our team is on site.

PAINTED DOWNPIPES - Enhance the visual appeal of your downpipes with a 2-stage painted pipe to match the colour range available. Note: Pipe and fittings are standard with PVC colourings.
