Auction Shed 1: Industrial Clearspan Display Shed 

Overall Size: 18m Wide x 19.5m Long

A quality Aztech clearspan steel building, built from new materials and showcased at Fieldays 2026.

This display shed is designed using Aztech’s Futura Box-Beam structural system and offers a practical clearspan layout suitable for a range of industrial, rural, commercial or storage uses.

Auction Shed 2: Open Sided Barn Style Display Shelter

Overall Size: 8m Wide x 20m Long

This open-sided barn-style display shelter was built for Fieldays to showcase Aztech’s composting barn building system in a practical rural-style structure. 

While it was designed as a display inspired by composting barn construction, it is not being sold as a complete operational composting barn. Its open-sided layout could make it a practical option for a range of uses, including firewood storage, implement cover, feed or material storage, general farm shelter, covered workspace or yard storage.

Important Buyer Information 

Both Fieldays display sheds are sold as-is, where-is, in their condition at Fieldays.
While the buildings have been constructed from new materials, they will be subject to general wear from installation, display, dismantling and handling.

Buyers are encouraged to view the buildings during Fieldays and satisfy themselves as to condition, size, specification, inclusions, exclusions and suitability before bidding.
The successful buyer is responsible for all site-specific requirements after purchase. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Site-specific engineering
  • Building consent lodgement
  • Council fees and approvals
  • Geotechnical report, if required
  • Site plans
  • Stormwater and wastewater reporting, if required
  • Foundation, drainage, earthworks and site preparation requirements
  • Transport from Fieldays after dismantling
  • Rebuilding, installation and any contractors required

Aztech Buildings will dismantle the sheds on site and prepare the kitsets for collection by the successful buyers.

Collection, transport, handling, storage and insurance from that point onward are at the buyer’s cost and risk.
