This shed delivers a cost-efficient, high-performance 2,000 m² structure, designed with expansion and modularity in mind.

Built with a clearspan layout and 8 m height, the warehouse offers unobstructed internal space and flexibility for future operations — from logistics and 3PL storage to manufacturing or rural supply. Four large door openings and a 6 m cantilever canopy enable seamless vehicle access and protect loading zones from the elements.

Design Collaboration

Aztech’s structural engineers and builders worked closely with the client to refine the design for durability, compliance, and value. The project reflects a strong emphasis on consistency and quality, following the success of previous Aztech/Futura builds that impressed the client at Fieldays.

Colour and finish selections align with existing structures to achieve a cohesive, professional industrial campus look.
